For a listed fertilizer company, maintaining compliance is crucial. Our task was to carry out local and consolidated goodwill and asset impairment reviews, coupled with a Cost of Capital study.
Our impact
After completing the detailed review, we drafted the necessary accounting memos, capturing our findings and recommendations. These documents played a central role in the year-end audit review. We were also responsible for leading discussions with the auditor, KPMG. Our coordination ensured a smooth audit process, upholding the company’s financial practices to necessary standards.
