Tom Veldkamp

Tom has operated at the intersection where strategy meets finance throughout his career. He has a long track-record of adding value for his clients on topics including M&A, valuations, financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, financing, complex financial modelling and M&A.

Tom started working for a large financial institution in the Netherlands, followed by a stint at a large consulting firm. In his final role before co-founding Kepsfield, was heading an internal team of strategy consultants at the largest Telco in the Netherlands.
Tom has broad experience on advising investment companies, family businesses and government agencies.

He loves to work with clients to create a strategy that enables the company to reach its full potential. He is an expert in communicating strategy and finance through “financial storytelling” which involves qualitative and quantitative facets to create a clear picture for all stakeholders.

Jeroen Mutsaerts

Jeroen brings extensive experience as a financial- and strategy consultant. He advises clients on topics ranging from strategy and M&A to business planning, reporting and analytics.

Jeroen worked at the M&A departments of a large investment bank and a ‘big-four’ accounting firm before moving to a position as an internal strategy consultant for a listed Telecommunications company. In this final role before co-founding Kepsfield, he worked as a senior advisor to the CEO and management board on topics including M&A, strategy development, strategic planning, return maximisation on (network) investments, and various other topics with a high impact for the organisation.
Jeroen brings a long track record with meaningfull impact for his clients on projects including financial- and commercial due diligence, valuations, restructuring, strategy development and complex financial modelling.

Jeroen loves technological innovation and believes that having the best execution is what matters most. A razor-sharp strategy and a clear financial picture can be decisive in this respect. This is where Kepsfield can make a difference.

Arjen van Mierlo

Arjen is an entrepreneurial senior executive capable of leading multi-disciplinary international teams and achieving ambitious goals.

Arjen is a strong business developer with a keen interest in new technologies, such as social media marketing, e-commerce, big data and block chain. Besides adding value for his clients, Arjen also acts as a hands-on independent investor. In this role he invested in (and managed) a wide range of small- and medium sized companies.

Prior to joining Kepsfield and becoming an independent investor, Arjen was CEO Asia and Africa of a large listed media and entertainment company.
Arjen brings extensive C-level management experience as well as well as a solid track-record on M&A and strategy development.

Arjen started his career for a boutique M&A consulting firm, followed by a role as M&A advisor for a large bank before joining a media and entertainment company as executive director corporate development and M&A. From this role, he moved into senior management positions for the Company where he was successively responsible for international operations and finally for the Asian operations as CEO Asia. For this last role, Arjen relocated to Hong Kong where he lived and worked for a number of years.

Arjen is a streetsmart generalist and a creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and a “can do” mentality. These traits have enabled him to make a lasting meaningfull impact for a wide range of clients.
